It comes with a heavy heart that i need to sell this beautiful vessel before my part in her history even started.
Alas but for the strangest of times we live in, to restore this boat in my current situation is not viable. I bought her in December and I cannot continue while i have no income.

She is very much a houseboat now although was believed to be a former gentleman's steam launch in the late 1800s. The funnel and rig are purely decorative and she does not have an engine.

This classic 1950s motor-sailer was designed by B P Miles of Poole for Eric Fox of Leicester and built by the well respected Dorset boatbuilders Sandbanks Yacht Company in 1953.
Eric Fox was a co-founder of the world-famous Fox’s Glacier Mints, based in Leicester. He named the vessel BRIN and kept her for four seasons in Poole Harbour before selling to Captain L W Cox MC of the Royal Motor Yacht Club, Poole in 1957.
