Unfinished refurb of wet room forward of -
Saloon/Galley with stove, fridge, microwave oven, woodburner, sink etc. 2 large freshwater tanks.
Unfinished wheelhouse refurb has Hydraulic steering with autopilot, radar, Chart plotter/fishfinder, 2 VHF radios (all controls/instruments present but not connected).
Below wheelhouse - Engine room with 2 large flank fuel tanks, hot water cylinder, Eberspacher Hydronic deisel heater.
Aft - Cabin with fixed double bed, some underfloor heating.
Large lockers under deck fore and aft.
Several Tons of lead ballast racked on the keel.
Both masts/ sail rigs are down.

Moored in Sussex, viewing by appointment.
This has been a cherished weekend retreat/project for nearly 10 years.
Much of the previous 2 internal refits has been stripped out.
Rewiring will need completion as will the wheelhouse refit.
The only leaks are from the old wood and perspex rooflights.
Sea toilet has been removed and all the parts for a composting one are present.
Be aware. This little ship will need a lot of straightforward work to be seaworthy, hence the low price.
Previously moored in Hartlepool. (I spent a long time viewing boats all around the country until I chose this.)
We have had to make the decision to sell due to poor health.
All mooring fees paid up to date and yard are happy to continue rental.
Hard standing available, also secure lockups near boat.

Gardner 4LW is Marinised with freshwater cooling and pumped raw water for the exhaust system.
Very large flywheel, possibly from the routemaster bus it may have come from.
Coventry gearbox drives a stern tube with large propellor.
Has not been run for more than a year as the batteries need replacement.
When previously run, very reliable and a joy to listen to.
Heavy steel construction
Fixed double bed in aft cabin.
Fold out double in saloon.
Fixed davits on stern. (No dinghy currently but outboard motor in lockup.)
Vintage windlass with electric motor added below deck.
Anchor drops below bow roller for bowsprit.
Large anchor chain locker below windlass.
Sails have been professionally wrapped but for many years.
Masts are wood and need inspection and refinishing,
Ketch rigged from front as follows -
Bowsprit to furling jib sail.
Mainmast with triatic atop to mizzen atop.
Mainmast has boom containing mainsail.
Mizzen stayed to aft with staysail on boom atop wheelhouse.
Instrumentation stored in lockup pending wheelhouse refit.

8 person lifeboat etc all out of inspection date.
