Remarks :
This is an ex-ship lifeboat, as you would expect of a vessel made for this purpose; she is exceptionally well made with fundamental sea-going features. I would have no hesitation in taking this vessel to sea. She has over two tonnes of lead and steel ballast; she has a long keel and still has the engine configuration used if she were a ship's lifeboat with two smaller auxiliary engines and a single central engine of 70hp.
The boat has been well maintained and upgraded throughout the years and has been in the same ownership for 20 years. The current owner had her lying ashore for al...

Remarks :
The Bianca 27 class was designed by naval architect Svend Christensen in Denmark in the mid-1960s and was the first class of Danish GRP yacht built by the yard in Langeland, Denmark.
A total of over 600 boats were built, and the design is now considered a ‘Classic.’
The yacht is long-keeled with a masthead sloop rig and furling headsail.
With a ballast ratio of 44, the design translates into a stiff, sea-kindly boat, of which there are many examples of ocean passage making.
This particular Bianca 27 has had a major refit over the past five years. Unfortunately, the vendo...

Owners Remarks:
I have owned Katisha since 2005. I bought her to compete in the 2007 Azores and Back Race (AZAB). Since then I have completed another AZAB and two Fastnets together with several Torbay Triangle Races. All these were two handed so she is set up for short handed sailing. I have also cruised her in the West Country, Brittany and Southern Ireland. She has been stored ashore every winter with the mast down. Her engine has been maintained professionally.
Prior to the 2023 AZAB she had a hull and rig survey - as a result of this the mast step was rebuilt - no other defe...

This Hallberg Rassy 352 is from a long line of proven offshore cruising yachts. The Hallberg Rassy 352 was a hugely popular yacht with over 800 yachts being built; she is an excellent blue water cruiser that is still just as popular today.
Her current owners have superbly maintained this Hallberg Rassy. They have owned her almost since she was new and have gone over her with a fine-tooth comb to ensure she is serviced regularly and all running systems are in full working order. She is immaculate and ready to cruise.

Owners Remarks:
“Alastair Harvey” has been sailed by the current owners since the early 1990’s, taking sole ownership in 2011. She has been well maintained, with regular replacements/upgrades to all equipment and running rigging. She is ideal for a couple as well as for larger family groups and has safely taken us from the West Coast of Scotland, the Irish Sea, Northern Brittany to the Netherlands. The disruption caused by Covid and recent ill health has meant that since September 2019 she has only been fully commissioned and afloat during 2022, being stored ashore at all o...

This Quicksilver 675 is an excellent example that has many optional extras chosen when specifying the boat from new. She is on her second ownership and has been in the current ownership since 2018.
The boat had an engine change in 2019 as the owner wanted more performance out of her and to get her on the plane with more ease, which worked a treat as she has the uprated 150hp engine that gets the boat planing quicker and achieves up to 30 knots.
Optional extras include;
Bow thruster
Windlass
Lowrence Hook 7 chartplotter/fishfinder
Lowrence DSC VHF radio
1770 VHF antenna

Brokers Remarks:
This Moody 27 is a fine example; she has had numerous upgrades throughout the years, such as a replacement Yanmar engine, canvas & sails, cooker and some electronic Navigation aids.
Her condition is generally very good throughout, with the teak woodwork in fine condition; the windows have also been removed and resealed.
The Moody 27 is surprisingly spacious for a vessel of its size, it is the smallest model that Moody produced, but they delivered in all areas, with a high level of comfort, generous-sized cabins and amenities.

Brokers Remarks:
Sunbeam Yachts are one of the leading luxury blue water cruising manufacturers; their extensive range of models throughout the years need no introduction; they very much speak for themselves. The quality of build, design and seakeeping qualities that are delivered is exemplary.
There were 45 Sunbeam 44's built, making this model a very rare and desirable yacht in today's market; she performs well in all conditions and exceptionally well in a seaway.
This Sunbeam 44 has previously been relatively lightly used. However, since the current owners purchased her, they...
