Here we have a light project Elysian 27. I have put the year as 1970 but as yet cannot confirm the actual year. Generally, the boat is in good condition to my eye with just a couple of small gouges in the bow gelcoat that would benefit from filling but these are not essential work. The boat has been out of the water for many months now. I am told by the vendor that she ran just fine but cannot verify this. Elysian 27 being offered as a "Light Project". By this we are saying that externally she would benefit from having the coach roof attended to (inside it appears to be dry and solid but externally it lets the boat down in terms of cosmetically). Similarly the side decks and foredeck would benefit from a coat of grey non slip deck paint. The topsides are in original gelcoat and would polish up quite well whereas the hull has been painted and (in my opinion) may need a refresh.
