Interesting recent built prototype cruising houseboat. Professionally constructed in Sete by Louping Chantier Marine this unique vessel built of Epoxy sheathed marine ply has stabilising outriggers for use in sea and coastal cruising. Launched in 2014 the vessel has a Yamaha 30hp outboard installed aft for manoevrability but is fully equipped for an inbord diesel engine installalation of up to 100hp. (Shaft, shaft-seal and propellor not supplied).
The vessel is currently ballasted with concrete blocks (removable) as the boat only weighs 2.9 tonnes without engine.
Accomodation is roomy and light and benefits from modern systems such as the Tessler direct oxygenation system for the eventuelle engine installation. Also has twin water pumps and "dry" WC installed. The hull is equipped for a marine WC installation.

Constructed proffessionally in Sete, France this hull is laid in 2014 with marine ply and sheath covered with epoxy resin coating. Painted in 2018 as a prototype to a larger version.
Twin outriggers (sponsons) are featured aft and are manually erected for use at sea giving an added stability feature.
