Description

Seafin is a lovely 23’ motor cruiser. Year unknown.

She is mahogany planked, and gel coated. The hull and cabin are in good condition.

The decks are teak with mahogany perimeter.

We did lot of work on her last year, but haven’t had the time this year to re varnish. She was antifouled in April 2024, and has not been in the water since.

She’s a stunning boat, just needs some more TLC.

A lovely little boat that we will be sad to see go. We just don’t have the time now.

Currently in East Prawle, near Kingsbridge, Devon. She’s on a trailer at the moment but this is not included in the sale, but could be by separate negotiation. Local delivery possible.

Accommodation

Seafin had a pram hood covering the rear., with bench seating.
Through the main doors to the helm position with captain’s chair and co pilot seat. There is a
Small galley with space for stove (none supplied. We used a portable one). There is a stainless steel sink and storage.
Forwards to the toilet compartment with sea toilet.
The fore had 2 benches which make beds. There are cushions, but they are tired.

Construction

Mahogany stripped planks with gel coat. The superstructure is ply and hardwood beams. The decks are teak with mahogany perimeter. Absolutely stunning when cleaned and varnished.
There is a front hatch in the fore cabin, with teak. This front hatch area was rebuilt in winter 2022/23
Roofs were repainted in winter 22/23 with international non slip paint.
All the exterior varnish was sanded and varnished,in 22/23.
Antifouled March 24.
