Advancing personal health problems now forces sale of our re-engined Aft Cabin Fairline Mirage 29, with folding windscreen and soft top giving when needed , a very low minimum air draft of only 6'6''.This has allowed us to cruise the full length of the River Thames from Lechlade down to the lower tidal reaches below London. The boat has a medium-Vee Hull with a shallow box keel giving good directional stability when manoeuvering through locks etc. A metal skeg runs aft giving full protection for the propeller and rudder.

Boat re-engined meeting latest exhaust emission standards, April 2019 by Volvo Penta agents DB Marine.
Work included removal of original (now obsolete) Volvo Penta MD 21B engine package replaced with :-
New 1 x 60HP turbocharged Volvo Penta D2-60F diesel engine with HS25A hydraulic gear box, SS drive shaft with rope cutter, cutless bearing, and matched 3-blade bronze propeller. New exhaust system, wiring harness and controls.
