1997 MAINSHIP 31 SEDAN BRIDGE, This unique 33ft Sedan Bridge with twin 340hp V-drives sleeps 6 adults, has 2 heat/ac systems and is on the buttons (one for each engine) The starboard engine has 1500 hours The port engine is brand new with only 60 hours and are push button start. I imported this one owner vessel from the U.S. and it is as clean as they come. It has the perfect layout whether you are fishing, cruising, or entertaining friends. The 31 Sedan Bridge has a moulded stairway to the bridge to make access for all your guests safe and easy, no dangerous ladders to climb which is the problem with most big boats. The helm features a large wrap around seating area with under seat storage. There is a walkthrough in the bridge coaming providing access to the bow of the boat for easy anchoring. It also has full canopies front and back to make cruising in inclement weather no problem. The aft cockpit sole removes for easy access to both motors. Also housed in the engine compartment are a new digital battery charger, three deep cell batteries, an 110v heavy-duty transformer and a 6.5 kw Kohler generator. You never run out of power. It has built in seats on either side of the rear enclosure with storage underneath and removable seat cushions. The transom door gives access to a swim platform that includes a swim ladder. Stepping two small steps below to the cabin you will be amazed with the spacious interior and open layout all on one level. It has a very modern decor with stateroom to the front with a full queen bed. There are two full bunks in the room to the starboard and a full head to the port. The head has double entry with private access to the forward stateroom. The galley is opposite the dinette which converts to a queen bed. There are 2 TV/DVD’s, remote stereo/CD,full fridge and too many extra’s to list. |

There’s something about trawler yachts that’s very appealing. Rather than shouting ‘Look at me!’, the styling is restrained, purposeful and practical, carrying with it the promise of safe, comfortable cruising. A trawler yacht is the kind of boat where you will enjoy the journey as well as the arrival at the destination, even if it takes slightly longer to get there than it might in an out-and-fast planing sports cruiser. This is a nice example of the breed, combining single-diesel economy with good performance and a design that maximises the space available. Extending right over the transom, the flybridge provides a big lounging area while providing protection for the large aft cockpit when the weather is less than perfect. This boat is well equipped and in fine condition.

The open Mainship 40 sports boat, having a beam of 14 feet is spacious, stable and sea kindly. Its large cockpit, including an icemaker and wet bar, and the foredeck provide plenty of room for entertaining and sunbathing. The bathing platform with boarding ladder, seating and shower add to the amenities. A cockpit bimini provides shade. Below, two double cabins and a convertible settee in the saloon provide accommodation for five, lots of seating in the saloon, a well equipped galley, head and shower complete the picture. It has to be remembered, the vessel is eighteen years old, fashions change and improvements could be made, but, she is a sound, properly maintained boat and has given her present owner, who is moving up in size, many hours of enjoyment. Truly, a lot of boat for the money.
