Accommodations
Gannet has an interior arrangement typical of the GB 36 Classic model with the exception of the aft cabin and head and port side saloon door. The starboard master berth is queen size with a 2007 Marine Sleepy's foam mattress and the port is a single berth. A bureau is built into the aft bulkhead between the beds and steps are provided to access the aft hatch. Air & heat is provided in this area with its own separate controls. There is a hanging locker interior lights, wih opening door, and overhead cabin lights, two brass reading lamps and opening windows with curtains. Additional drawers are beneath both beds. The head is ensuite and is forward to starboard. The enclosed head has a sink with counter
top drawers and mirrored vanity. There is a shower with curtain, teak grate and sump pump out. A 2007 Wilcox Crittenden Skipper toilet was just installed. A sliding window is provided in this area.
The Saloon/galley area contains a straight settee portside aft with end cushion and there ia a filler piece by the portside door. The L shaped settee is to starboard with a large teak table in front. The table has an oversized leaf on the inboard side to accomodate people seated on the port side settee. A small bar with hinged top and icemaker is just forward of the starboard settee. The galley is portside forward and is nicely equipped. Hinged doors by the lower helm and aft of the galley provide access to the side decks.
The forward cabin has a large V berth with drawers beneath and a hanging locker portside. The head with curtain enclosed shower is starboard and contains a Groco manual head (2001) with holding tank 2006 and Y valve overboard discharge, sink with countertop and mirrored vanity. There is also a sliding window in the head. Brass reading lights are provided in the forward cabin.

Gannet is very nicely equipped and beautifully maintained, featuring low engine hours, a port salon door in addition to the starboard door (rare feature) and regular updating of her equipment - undoubtedly one of the finest GB36s currently available. All her exterior varnish was taken down to the wood and given 2 coats of 2 part sealer and 7 coats of Z- Spar Flagship varnish 2007 The entire interior was prepped and revarnished with Epathane interio/exterior matte 2007. The soles were stripped and 8 coats of exterior varnish was applied. Gannet's hull is freshly cleaned/waxed in the Spring 2007. She shows well and has only had loving owners, all of whom have have maintained her in excellent condition. This boat is highly recommended.

Master Stateroom.
The master stateroom is located aft and features a center line queen berth. There is a desk built in on the port side next to the berth. A large hanging locker is at the foot of the berth with a mirror above. The vacuum head and a sink are on the port side. A large shower on the starboard side. A book shelf is located above the berth. There is storage on both side and under the berth also a full size chart drawer under the berth. A emergency tiller is behind the headboard. Fire extinguisher in locker.
Guest Cabin.
The guest cabin is located forward and features a large V-Berth. There are numerous drawers for plenty of storage along with a hanging locker. The head is on the starboard side and has a vacuum head, sink and a stall shower. Fire extinguisher in locker.
Saloon.
The salon is located in the center of the vessel over the engine room. A L-Settee is on the starboard side with a high-low Grand Banks table. The L-Settee cushions lift and are held open with gas rams for easy storage below. The L-Settee has a table storage area at the bend .Across from the L-Settee is a entertainment center with blue leather reclining arm chairs and foot stools on each side. This Grand Banks has the helm seat option with a bar and icemaker behind on the starboard side. The salon has windows on all sides most of which open and have fly screens. Drapes and texaline window cover are provided for sun protection. The sole is parquet with custom rugs throughout. New Weems & Plath clock and barometer and West Marine temperature gauge. Two lamps and a DVD/TV. Next to the helm are two cupboards with all the AC & DC breakers, Engine & Generator start/stop system, electricity monitoring gauges.

Fly Bridge.
The fly bridge is two steps up from the aft deck. The deck is Teak. There is a Grand Banks L-Settee on the starboard side with bench seat forward, a Teak table is located here. There is another bench seat on the port side with seats facing forward and aft, also on the port side there are 2 teak folding deck chairs. The Furuno Radar/Plotter is mounted in a Navpod swivel unit. There is also a New chart holder.
