This is a well maintained 30' aft cabin cruiser with a Volvo Penta 125A petrol engine with a Volvo 270 outdrive.
Accommodation comprises; 6 berths in 2 cabins. Permenant double aft cabin with storage & ventilation hatch, central wheelhouse, open plan saloon/galley and separate flushing WC/shower. The saloon has a dinette area that converts into a double berth and there are 2 further berths forward. The well appointed galley has a full size cooker with 4 burners, oven & grill, sink & drainer, worktops, cupboards & drawers. There is a microwave & fridge in the wheelhouse. Hot water is by immersion/calorifier.
Equipment includes; anchor, ropes, fenders, VHF radio, nav lights, fish finder, compass, fire x, gas detector, fire blanket, battery charger, electric fan heaters, holding tank, boat hook, boarding ladder, canopy, dinghy, davits(not fitted), shore power supply, 12v coolbox, TV with Freeview, DVD player, radio/CD player, all cutlery & crockery.
The engine was serviced and a new gear cable fitted in Jan 09 and the outdrive was re-conditioned at the same time.

Suprisingly spacious for her length. Incredibly solid build which knocks spots off the rest.
What did amaze me was the port midships cabin. Because the designer hasn't tried to squeeze 17 berths into 35 feet of boat, the result is a lot more space in all areas.
Twin 220 HP diesels are just right for the weight of the boat, anything less would be too small and would ultimately struggle.
She could do with some updated navigation equipment and a professional valet wouldn't go amiss. But apart from that she is in current use and is afloat. Anti-fouled and annodes replaced 2008.

This colvic is in very good condition, and in fine order it is a credit to the current owner who has maintained it extremely well.
Spacious inside with a taste full finish it is a comfortable cruiser which is at home on the river Thames, but is very capable of some serious sea work.
A viewing comes highly reccomnded as it has to be seen to be appreciated.

I’ve owned this superb boat from new and maintained her regardless of cost. Recent work has included a major overhaul of the port side engine that included a new cylinder head and a total replacement of the starboard engine in December 2006, which still has the benefit of the remainder of the 5-year manufacturer’s warrantee. Since that time she has barely done 30 hours. Bills for £35k and relevant paperwork are available for the engine work.
She has a new tonneau cover for the flybridge, new seating on the flybridge and cockpit, and recent re-upholstery of the saloon. She also has a bimini top for the flybridge and full side canopies to provide a huge extra space, not that she needs it, for entertaining when the weather is being unkind.
One of the beauties of Dream Concept is that she belies her age being literally the first out of the mould of a superb modern, but not over-the-top design that is still in production today so looks so much more modern than her mass-produced contemporaries.
She presents beautifully and is ready for the remainder of the season having been recently anti-fouled and ready for the water.
