A truly classic motor yacht with many upgrades undertaken in 2005 and originally owned by the famous shipping and banking tycoon Yannis Latsis, once the 54th richest man in the world before his death in 2003 and associated with Royalty and some of the worlds most powerful people. The bespoke interior from the Rosewood paneling to the choice of fabrics and decor was the best money could buy in the late seventies and has triumphantly stood the test of time to this day. The largest of Bertram's production motor yachts of that era that features the traditional flush deck styling. Her berth accommodation is provided in three lavish cabins of spacious dimensions. She shares the same hull as the Bertram 58 convertible sports fishing cruiser and thoroughly deserves her well earned reputation for being a very comfortable offshore cruiser. With wide side decks and covered aft deck and featuring a protected lower helm with plenty of entertainment space. The GM 12V71 Ti diesels will cruise the Bertram 58 at around 18kts and will reach a top speed of 22kts. The cruising range is an impressive 350-400NM. This boat is really a credit for her age, built with methods that would be too expensive for middle sized boats of today and now reserved only for super yacht money. New today this would cost 1.5million euros plus. The owner has already found a replacement vessel more suited to his needs and is now very motivated to sell, the reduced price for this outstanding vessel is 229,950 euros.
